| Greenevers is located in the southern part of Duplin County just east of Interstate 40 and has a population of 558. Since incorporating in 1969, the town has seen many changes. Greenevers is protected by its own police department and a volunteer fire department. The citizens have a sense of community and support the local health clinic, community center and the commissioners and mayor-who continue to lead this small, Southern municipality. |
