The Building Inspections office is a government entity created to inspect the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in buildings for the County of Duplin and all of its municipalities. This group complies directly with and enforces the North Carolina State Building Code. Their main objective is to provide a safe environment to live and work. The County Flood Administrator also works closely with this office.
