Information Technology

Mission: The Information Technology Department exist for the support of information systems for county government employees and county citizens. We supply a network infrastructure of which all county computer services are build upon. These services include voice, video, email, information data, security, and network systems. Voice systems include phones and recording software. Video systems are used for our security cameras, and video conferencing systems. And our data, email, website systems are made up of servers and software databases powered with the latest computer technology.

Service: We strive to provide excellent service by being consistent, agile, reliable, and accessible to all county departments.

Continuous Improvement: Our staff continues to look for on-going development of which will provide improvements in existing informational systems.

Training: Provide hardware and software training for all employees.

Information Access: Thru our websites we provide the history and latest information about Duplin County Government.
