General Services: HR has the responsibility to assure that accurate and correct personnel records are maintained on all employees. This includes changes in salary, job title, payroll deductions, leave records and the maintenance of the computer personnel master file. The County Human Resources Department is committed to ensuring a diverse workforce in a safe and discrimination/harassment free environment by: maintaining compliance with employment laws and government regulations, providing management and employee training, and developing policies and procedures.
Our Department is also responsible for advertising vacant county positions, accepting applications for advertised positions and processing applications for submission to the appropriate department head.
