Support Groups

Alzheimer’s/Caregivers support group

The meeting is held the first Tuesday night of every month, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the senior center located  on 213 Seminary Street in Kenansville.  Participants in support groups receive emotional support and practical assistance in coping with the numerous issues they face as caregivers, in addition to receiving information on resources available.

There is no charge to attend the support group.  If you would like to contribute towards the refreshment expenses, you are welcome to do so and can reach out to one of the facilitators by calling 910-296-2140.  Our goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, supportive space for caregivers.
